Construction Updates

Updated 3/13/26

Traffic has changed to a new configuration on Interstate 10 over the Gila River as of March 16, 2026. Crews have moved all travel lanes to the new westbound I-10 bridge so crews can finish building the new eastbound bridge. Both directions will maintain two lanes during peak travel times but lane stripes, alignments, and merge points will look different in this area until later this year.

Please remember:
🔹 Slow down in the work zone
🔹 Follow posted speed limits and lane markings
🔹 Put down your phone and limit distractions
🔹 Allow extra time to get through the area

Let's keep everyone safe in the work zone.
